All children K-8 (birth years 2011-2019) are invited to attend 2 training sessions with the current travel team to be evaluated by MDS Academy. Please select the session(s) you will be attending as well as sign the waiver. If you have multiple children, please fill out ONE FOR EACH. Current players that plan on returning also need to fill out this form to be considered for Fall.
Your child(ren) will join the current travel team for 2 tryout sessions that are birth year appropriate. Please try to attend both sessions. Reach out with any questions to soccer@newmilfordboro.com
