Rec Basketball: Currently in Grades K through 8

Rec Wrestling: Open to all Boys and Girls currently grades K-8

 

  • Discount code only applies to families that have siblings registering in the same sport.
  • The codes work for both Wrestling and Basketball registrations.
  • If you fail to enter the code, we will not be able to honor the discount once payment is processed!!!

Softball Coordinator
The Softball Coordinator oversees all aspects of the New Milford Recreation Softball program. This includes organizing teams, scheduling practices and games, managing equipment, and supporting coaches and players throughout the season.
Main Responsibilities (full description attached and posted on website):
  • Plan, organize, and promote the softball program under Recreation Department policies.
  • Coordinate player registration and maintain accurate rosters.
  • Recruit and assist coaches and volunteers; ensure all required certifications and background checks are emailed to assistant director.
  • Schedule practices, games, and officials; communicate updates and changes to teams.
  • Manage and inventory softball equipment and uniforms.
  • Encourage good sportsmanship and ensure games are played in a safe, positive environment.
  • Submit scores, payroll forms, and season reports to the Recreation Director.
  • Coordinate end-of-season awards and collect equipment.
  • Any additional tasks that the Recreation Director and/or Assistant Director assign
