Open Position in New Milford Recreation
-
Plan, organize, and promote the softball program under Recreation Department policies.
-
Coordinate player registration and maintain accurate rosters.
-
Recruit and assist coaches and volunteers; ensure all required certifications and background checks are emailed to assistant director.
-
Schedule practices, games, and officials; communicate updates and changes to teams.
-
Manage and inventory softball equipment and uniforms.
-
Encourage good sportsmanship and ensure games are played in a safe, positive environment.
-
Submit scores, payroll forms, and season reports to the Recreation Director.
-
Coordinate end-of-season awards and collect equipment.
-
Any additional tasks that the Recreation Director and/or Assistant Director assign

The recreation building is located behind the borough hall by the softball fields. The recreation building does not have a physical address.
